Driving Directions to Women's Empowerment


From I-50 heading West

Exit onto 16th Street.

Turn right onto 16th Street, and follow the below direction “from downtown.”


From downtown

Take 16th Street toward I-160.

You'll pass "regular" C Street (on your left). Keep going.

You'll pass Blue Diamond, as well as Ruland's (with the giant cow) on your right.

Just after the giant cow, you'll see "NORTH C" Street on your left.

Turn left onto North C Street.

You'll head down a street where dozens of folks are walking. Head toward the end of that street, and you'll see cars parked on the left-hand side. Park in any open space.

You can ask the guys wearing green hats if you need help.

You'll see our building with a brown awning that says "1400 North C" on it.

Walk inside and go to the end of the hall.

Ours is the only door at the end, and has a big tree painted on it.

From I-80 heading West

Take I-80 toward Capital City Freeway.

Exit onto I-160.

I-160 becomes 12th Street. Get in the far left-hand lane.

Turn left onto Ahern.

Turn right onto North C Street.

You'll now be on a street where dozens of folks are walking. Head toward the end of that street, and you'll see cars parked on the left-hand side. Park in any open space.

Walk inside and go to the end of the hall.

From I-80 heading East

Stay on I-80 where it becomes I-50. (Do not exit toward Reno.)

Take the 15th Street exit and get in the left-hand lane.

Turn left onto X Street, and then an immediate left onto 16th Street.

Follow the above directions "from downtown."
